Who doesn’t love a wedding? I can hear some of the males out there saying “that’d be me”…but it needn’t be this way.

We pride ourselves on creating unique ceremonies that match your personality and add a touch of humour or quirk if that’s your nature. We listen to you and take copious notes and observe your body language in order to create a heartfelt and individual ceremony that you’ll remember in years to come.

It’s interesting that the celebrant is often the cheapest part of your wedding, yet without a celebrant (unless you’re attending a church or its equivalent…or the Registry office) – there is no wedding.

We delight in ensuring that your ceremony is an amazing prelude to your celebrations, and one that will capture the hearts and interest of your friends and family. The legal wording only takes about 8 lines, and the remainder of your ceremony is personalised and fun and relaxing and a lovely start to your married life.

With recent legislative changes in Australia, it is now legal for same sex couples to marry. Previously we were only able to conduct a commitment ceremony instead of a legal marriage for same sex couples and we are now delighted that all people in a loving relationship can marry and be considered equal under Australian law. We welcome your creativity in compiling your ceremony and look forward to joyously announcing you to the world as newlyweds.

We like to meet at our home to discuss your plans and ensure we are fulfilling your every desire, then we create the first draft of your ceremony for you to refine with our guidance until it exactly reflects how you’ve imagined your wedding day will be. Nothing to remember…no stress and lots of tissues nearby ‘just-in-case’.

To start the ball rolling you need your Birth Certificate or Passport - and if it’s not in English, you need to provide a certified translation. We need to meet up at least a month before your proposed wedding day. Many celebrants – ourselves included – accept bookings up to 3 years in advance, so as soon as you’ve selected your date, please arrange a celebrant.
