Hi, my name is Ian Raffan and I’m a Commonwealth appointed Authorised Marriage Celebrant.

I am also a Justice of the Peace (NSW) with a background in finance and administration.

My experience over many years in public life has included being an elected councillor and mayor of a NSW municipal council, involvement within many community organisations and committees and as part of rostrum (a public speaking forum). These, together with life experiences has me well equipped to offer an excellent range of services, advice and assistance to preparing and delivering the most loving and professional marriage ceremony. Your ceremony will remain memorable and leave a lasting impression of the ‘highlight of your life’, one you will relive on every anniversary for years to come.

I can help devise the ‘perfect’ wedding ceremony for you, created and crafted to reflect your personalities, values, dreams and ambitions.

I meet with every couple prior to making a firm booking commitment for you to determine if I am the right marriage celebrant and so I can better understand your personal marriage ceremony requirements.
